this page outlines the current build options available across the klang range, including the scale lengths currently in production. baritone models and bolt-on necks are planned for future release and aren’t available to order yet but show the direction klang is moving in

submitting the order form doesn’t take payment straight away. once we receive it we’ll get in touch to confirm specifications and arrange the deposit. payment is handled via an invoiced paypal link, with paypal's pay in instalments if you’d prefer to spread the cost. once the deposit is paid your build slot is secured

when all available slots are filled we begin the production run, with builds typically taking no more than 2–3 months once production starts. you’ll be kept up to date throughout the process with photos and progress updates
before shipping we’ll contact you again to confirm the delivery address and take the final payment
