who are we?

i'm will, based in the uk. i got into aluminium guitars because i was chasing a sound. you hear it in bands like shellac, melvins & jesus lizard - that sharp attack, the way notes hang and ring out forever. once i clocked what was going on, i started looking into what they were playing. turned out, most of it came down to those aluminium necks

the thing is, those guitars are hard to get hold of - and for good reason. most are made by artists, by hand, with a lot of care. they're not overpriced, just out of reach for a lot of players, me included

so i started trying to build them myself. i taught myself basic cad, went through loads of trial and error, and eventually got somewhere. after a year or so making a handful of prototypes, i met ronny. we both decided to turn it into something a bit more solid

ronny’s a seasoned luthier based in kunming, china. from his own workshop, he handles the full build - assembly, setup, finishing, plus crafting pickups, inlays, and custom scratch plates all done by hand. with decades of experience and deep roots in guitar building, ronny brings consistency and care to every guitar. he works closely with our aluminium manufacturing partner - a trusted precision engineering facility that produces parts to ±0.002mm tolerances, the kind usually reserved for aerospace

our necks are cut from a single billet of aluminium. and when i say single piece - i mean the neck is the bridge. there’s no neck plate or bolt-on join - it’s one solid chunk, from headstock to string-through holes

together, we are creating something a little different - a new approach to aluminium guitars that respects the boutique tradition while embracing scale, quality, and accessibility
